- Steam account data — When you sign in with Steam we receive your Steam ID and public profile information (display name, avatar) needed to identify your account and deliver in-game perks.
- Discord account data — If you link Discord we store your Discord user ID and username so we can assign roles and verify eligibility.
- Linked account status — We record whether your Steam account is in our official Steam group and related link state used for perks.
- Support communications — Messages, attachments metadata, and ticket history you send through our support system.
- Purchase information — Store orders are processed by PayNow; merch orders are processed by Stripe and fulfilled by Printify. We receive order identifiers, product details, amounts, and fulfillment status. Payment card details are handled by those providers, not stored on our servers.
- Gameplay and stats — Server stats, leaderboard data, and related gameplay metrics sourced from our game servers and third-party services such as BattleMetrics where configured.
- Usage analytics — We collect anonymized traffic metrics. IP addresses are hashed before storage; we do not retain raw IP addresses in our analytics logs.
