Agreement
By accessing rustlands.net, linking your accounts, playing on Rustlands servers, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Accounts & linking
- You are responsible for the Steam and Discord accounts you link to Rustlands.
- Perks, ranks, and roles are granted to the linked accounts you authorize. Sharing or selling linked access may result in removal of perks or account restrictions.
- We may require Steam group membership or Discord linking for certain features.
Store & merch purchases
- Digital store purchases are processed by PayNow. Merch purchases are processed by Stripe and fulfilled by Printify.
- Prices, taxes, and shipping quotes shown at checkout are what we intend to charge before you pay.
- Virtual goods and server perks are licensed for use on Rustlands services; they have no real-world cash value and are non-transferable unless we explicitly allow it.
- Physical merch orders are subject to production and shipping timelines from our fulfillment partner. Risk of loss passes according to the carrier once shipped.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith may result in revoked perks and account restrictions.
Server rules & conduct
Playing on Rustlands servers requires following our community rules and staff directions. Cheating, harassment, exploiting, ban evasion, or attempting to disrupt our services may result in kicks, bans, or loss of access without refund.
Availability
We work to keep our website and servers online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, wipes, updates, or third-party outages may affect availability.
Intellectual property
Rustlands branding, website content, and original materials are owned by Rustlands or our licensors. Rust and related assets are trademarks of their respective owners. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute our site or services except as allowed by law or with our permission.
Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rustlands is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or gameplay progress arising from your use of our services.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
